Every patient phone call is answered by an experienced RN who is trained specifically in OB/GYN telephone triage with a minimum of two years experience in women's healthcare. All nurses are required to complete a comprehensive orientation with ongoing continuing education requirements, including protocol review, which are individualized to each physician. Our comprehensive protocols are based on ACOG and AWHONN standards of care and are updated accordingly.
